Every edition by Asila and by the photographers of ASILA Gallery is recorded in the Edition Ledger: which work it is, its edition number, how and where it was printed, and who has owned it.
The record begins when your print is made by our print and framing partners in Dubai and stays with the work for as long as it exists. It is how a collector, a buyer or an insurer can confirm what a print is.

Each record holds the facts that identify a single print and follow it from the print lab in Dubai to every wall it hangs on.

When a work changes hands, the record moves with it. The current owner asks for a transfer, the new owner confirms, and the Ledger adds a new line to the ownership history. The edition number and print details never change.
